♦ What if I have employees that do not have an email address?

The value of having all employees’ email addresses is for efficient administration of Compliance Activities.  For employees without an email address, you obviously cannot require them to view and participate in a Compliance Activity electronically with their own email.  There are two basic ways to handle this:

  1. Present the Compliance Activity material to the employee manually, for example, in hardcopy form.
  2. Have the employees view and participate in the Compliance Activity on a computer that you have set up for them, logged into MPC to view the Compliance Activity material.

When the employee has viewed and participated in the Compliance Activity, you can mark the employee’s participation as “Complete” on the Compliance Activity VIEW/CHANGE screen.
