MPC will automatically process the credit card you have on file monthly. If the credit card on file has expired or fails for any reason, MPC will notify the primary administrator by email. At that point it’s easy for the primary administrator to logon to MPC and securely update the credit card information.
As well, the credit card information on file can be changed at any time by your primary administrator, if, for example, you simply want to start using a different card.
To change credit cards or fix a credit card issue, logon to MPC and navigate to the UPDATE PAYMENT INFORMATION screen in the SETUP Menu. From this screen you can enter new credit card information and authorize MPC to run the credit card to make any overdue payment (the amount overdue will be displayed on this screen).
